Disclaimer, privacy and terms


The purpose of Litmus is to create a space for genuine connection between performers and audiences  in a historical period defined by isolation and tumult. 

Litmus asks that patrons create an account via Eventbrite in order to access the performance. This account is subject to Eventbrite’s terms and conditions

Each iteration of Litmus accommodates 1 participant via this portal, however each iteration is also livestreamed to our YouTube Live account to increase access to the performance and to raise money to support accessible arts programming in southern California. 

During the performance, participants are asked to share some personal information. In doing so, patrons make a connection with the performer and invite them to create a unique experience based on their input. This information will only be seen by the performer and will not be shared on the YouTube livestream or with any third party. The performer may make reference to your input during the performance without sharing any personal or private information. The text you share will be saved in a database without any personal identifiers.

The only data collected by Litmus is: (i) user input voluntarily shared by participants. This input is not shared with any third parties or on the livestream of the performance. Litmus does not collect any information other than what you manually submit through the Litmus website.

Litmus Uses Cookies. Many sites use cookies and/or other technologies to place information about a user’s visit to that website in a small data text file that is stored on the user’s computer. Litmus does use “cookies” or similar technologies in connection with this website in order to facilitate the user experience. 

How Litmus Uses Information Collected Through This Site:

  • Litmus is an experience dedicated to connection and does not sell or share user data with any 3rd parties or advertisers. 
  • Litmus uses user submitted data to construct a unique dance performance for each patron/participant. 
  • User submitted input will be seen by the performer. Performers will reference this input without sharing any private details of this input. 

Children Under the Age of Thirteen. Litmus does not knowingly collect data or personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide any personal information on or to this Site. If you believe that a child under 13 has submitted personal information on or through this Site without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, please contact info@willingkompany.com so that appropriate action can be taken.


Litmus user input interface will be monitored for inappropriate, offensive and/or obscene content, including but not limited to any material that is profane, inaccurate, defamatory, false, inappropriate, threatening, hateful, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, infringes on any person’s privacy, violates copyright laws, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. 

Willing Kompany reserves the right to remove users posting any such content at any time without your consent.
